Are we able to add Guided Journeys to instruct Next level manager how to approve Performance Eval?

Is it possible to add Guided Journeys to provide instructions for Next Level Managers on how to approve a performance evaluation?

From my understanding, notifications under the Bell icon are not available in Redwood, and I’m also unable to add a Guided Journey. I’m aiming to create a consistent and streamlined experience for both Managers and Next Level Managers, but I haven’t found a way to achieve this yet.

Does anyone have suggestions or recommendations?
