Can we restrict the Performance document sharing task to the employee till Talent review completes

Summary:

Below is our Performance evaluation process:

  1. Employee evaluation
  2. Manager evaluation
  3. Performance calibration - Talent review
  4. Share the ratings
  5. Employee acknowledges the ratings.

 Now, with the current system behavior, rating only flows after the document is completed and not after the Manager submits the evaluation. The client expects that the ratings should flow after Manager evaluation >> Talent review happens where ratings will be closed/changed >> and then the new ratings will be Shared with the Employee>> Employee will acknowledge the ratings.

 

Any ideas how this can be achieved?
