Real-time automation based on Contact Field changes?

We have a contact-level field in Eloqua that we need to monitor for changes. For example, imagine we’re a watch company: if a contact expresses interest in analog watches, we’d want to place them into an analog-specific email campaign with messaging tailored to analog watches. If their interest shifts to digital watches, they should automatically move into the digital-specific campaign with content relevant to digital watches.
This interest (Analog/Digital) is stored in a contact field within Eloqua, and the requirement is for this to happen in real time. So, if a contact’s preference changes from Analog to Digital, Eloqua should detect the change and route them into the appropriate campaign without delay.
