Renaming existing participant enrollment certificate type
in Benefits

Hi All,
we've renamed the "Enrollment document" enrollment certificate to MED D Enrollment document through the Manage benefits lookup "BEN_ENRT_CTFN_TYP." This update is now reflected in the enrollment certificate during configuration, and it's also visible on the self-service page, which is great progress.
However, I've noticed that when we check the document of records for a person, the name still appears as Enrollment Document instead of MED D Enrollment document. This raises the question: do we need to rename it in another lookup to ensure that the change is reflected in the document of records as well?
