How to notify HRBP when Journey task is completed by employee?

Hi all,

I need to set a Journey for maternity leave which needs to be initiated by the employee and then needs to be closed by HRBP.

Therefore, I need a notification to be triggered to the HRBP when the employee has completed the first task of this Journey.

How to set this kind of custom notification? Will this be dynamic if the HRBP changes?
