Participant feedback request disappeared for Manager

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We have a strange scenario. One manager requested for feedback from few participant few months back, requests sent by the manager we can see in hra_feedback_requests table. But the manager not able to see any sent request or received responses in UI.

Another manager able to see all requests sent and responses received in UI but we are not able to see the sent request data in

hra_feedback_requests table.

Please let me know what may be missing.

Both manager has same custom line manager role.
