Clarification on Checklist Trigger if action is loaded through HSDL

If Notice Period Date and Worker Type are updated through HSDL using the Action Reason “End Probation Period”, will this trigger the checklist which has allocation criteria configured with the “End Probation Period” action?

Summary:
We have loaded employee data through HSDL where the Notice Period and Worker Type (updated to Permanent) were updated using the Action Reason: End Probation Period. In the system, a checklist is configured with the allocation criteria as “End Probation Period” action so that when an employee completes probation, the relevant checklist gets automatically assigned.

The requirement is to ensure that when this action is performed through HSDL, the system recognizes the event and allocates the checklist to the employee automatically, is it possible?
