Journey notification to Aor doesn't work
in Journeys
Summary:
Hi all,
We have configured a Journey template for Maternity where we set 2 tasks:
- first one owned by the employee (the mother-to-be) who starts the Journey communicating her maternity status
- second one owned by the HRBP who receives the news regarding the mother-to-be and starts all internal procedures
The first task triggers a custom notification to the employee (we congratulate and direct her to our intranet links etc)
At the completion of the first task, we would require to send a notification to the HRBP based on AoR —> HR Manager.
However, this notification never reaches the HR Manager unfortunately.
