Anyone issued Mastercard Virtual corporate cards (T&E/Procurement) to employees instead of physical?

Mastercard virtual card platform does not hold an employee id field

We are in the process of replacing Mastercard issued T&E/Procurement physical cards for our employees with Virtual cards. We have been advised that MC's VCC platform is different to that of its physical cards, and does not contain an 'employee id' field - which is so key when importing CDF3 files into Oracle.

The VCC platform offers custom fields which can be used to enter the employee ID, but Oracle cannot be configured to recognise this field as the employee number.
