How to access as HRBP to employee's task?

Summary:

Hi all,

I am working on a Journey for maternity where the mom-to-be starts the Journey and fill out a questionnaire.

Ideally, the HRBP should be able to access this questionnaire in order to see all answers (e.g. the mom-to-be indicates the due date, upload all medical documents, share her personal contacts etc)

How to achieve this in the Journey template? Please, check below the tasks how we set them:

First task→ Questionnaire for the colleague (mom-to-be)

Second task → HRBP checks all answers

As is, HRBP accessing the second task through AOR, cannot access the questionnaire but can only indicate that all documents have been submitted
