Custom Promotion Recommendation process flow based on employees ratings
Requirement:
All BU heads can recommend their employees for promotion based on employees 4 star or 5 start ratings and it should go CHRO approvals.
How can we achieve this requirement.
Ground Work:
From my side i have created process flow :
- Worker Self Evaluation
- Enabled 1st Approvals check box.
After run the batch process the employee able to see the document with only one task as shown below.
Can you please suggest how to achieve this requirement.
>From Compensation module side we can achieve but they want separate flow at performance management module end.
