Combined Task Notifications only partially works for some tasks in a journey

The Combined Task Notification option doesn't work for all tasks in a journey.

Hi,

We're facing an issue with an "Enterprise Onboarding" journey which is separated to "Enterprise Onboarding Step" journeys.

Some of the task performers receive the "Checklist Task Summary" notification, while others receive a notification per each task which is assigned to them.

The "Combine Task Notifications" is set to "Yes" at the "Enterprise Onboarding" level and for some reason it doesn't work.

Any idea what could be the cause?
