How to make one more filer Business unit or legal entity at performance document under performance

Dear Experts,

We have requirement on adding additional filer either business unit or legal employer.

Path:

My Client Group/Performance/ Under Administration section/Performance document/ Here we could see filters as shown below.

Here we want to add business unit or Legal entity because we want to identify the overdue task employees , off course we have here department but user not interested to use department because we have 32 departments , for each time i don't want to go and filter with department wise overdue list.
