Offboarding Journey Details Not Visible for Inactive Employees - Redwood Journeys

Summary:

Hi Everyone, 

For some employees, the Offboarding Journey appears as Completed in the Journeys tab; however, when the journey is opened, the page is blank and task‑level details are not displayed. This behavior is observed after the employee’s assignment becomes inactive or end‑dated post‑termination.
Data also not visible at backend.

Expected Behavior

Confirmation is required whether this is expected system behavior by design in Oracle Fusion HCM (Redwood Journeys) for terminated/inactive employees, and whether UI and SQL‑level data restrictions are intentional.

Business Impact

Business users are unable to view completed offboarding journey details from the UI for audit or verification purposes after employee termination, leading to dependency on backend reports for historical data. almost 660 employee record need to submit for audit purpose.
