Hi Experts, Employee is not visible in search index

Summary:

We’re experiencing an issue where an employee appears in the Goals Center search results, but when we check Goal Plan Eligibility and search for the same employee by name, no results are returned. Other employees are appearing as expected. All ingestion processes have been completed. Has anyone encountered this before?
