Error in selecting Performance Documents with specific Manager

Hi Team,

As part of the HR team, when I attempt to select our Chairman, who holds the top-level position in the organization, as the Manager in the Performance Document menu, the system displays all employees within the group, rather than just his direct reports. This results in a view of thousands of performance documents, as he oversees the entire organization.

Path: MyClientsGroup > Performance > Performance Documents

Could you kindly clarify why the top-level employee is able to view the performance documents of both direct and indirect reportees within this section.
