How can we display the performance rating in both the goals and competencies sections on the manager evaluation page?
Summary:
In our performance document, we have two sections: the Goal Plan section and the Behavioral Competencies section.
- For the Goal Plan section, we are using only the performance rating.
2.For the Behavioral Competencies section, we are using both “Proficiency” and “Performance” rating types.
As shown in the screenshot below, the goals section displays the performance rating correctly, but the competencies section displays the proficiency level rating by default.
Could anyone suggest how we can display the performance rating in both sections instead of the proficiency rating?
