Unable to Manually Add Competencies in Performance Documents with Redwood

In Redwood Performance Documents, users can no longer manually add competencies, unlike in the previous Responsive UI where an “Add” button was available. We are looking for possible workarounds or alternative solutions to enable this functionality.

Hello all,

When using Performance Documents with the Responsive UI (non-Redwood), it was possible to add competencies directly within the document using an “Add” button.

After moving to Redwood, this “Add” button is no longer available. We have defined a Job Profile Competency section in the performance template, but we would also like to allow users to manually add additional competencies directly within the performance document.
