If Employee self-assign a Journey then HRBP cannot access the completed task

Summary:

Hi All,

We are setting up a Jpourney where the employee should initiate the Journey in order to initiate the maternity workflow completing a task on her level passing on to the second task (HRBP level).

However, how can we achieve that? If the employee self-assigns the Journey then the HRBP cannot see the completed tasks under

"assigned Journeys tab" nor can access the Journey's details (in our case for instance the HRBP needs to check all documentation the mom-to-be attached when she communicated the pregnancy).

How can we solve this? Or if not solvable, which way we can take in order to achieve our purpose?
