Issue with Team Goals Center – Direct Report Not Visible and Unable to Submit Goals for Approval

Hello,

We are experiencing an issue in Redwood related to the Team Goals Center.

A manager is unable to see her direct report in the Team Goals Center section.
I have already verified the following:

  • The manager–employee relationship exists correctly in Person Management.
  • The manager is correctly set as the Line Manager in the employee’s record.
  • The employee has goals assigned.

Additionally, the employee is not able to submit the goals for approval, even though the goals have been entered.

Could you please support us in identifying the root cause of this issue?
