HSDL/HDL to load Questionnaire responses given by manager in Perf Documents

Summary:

We have a requirement to load Questionnaire responses given by the managers in the Perf Documents and wanted to know if there is any way these can be loaded via HSDL/HDL. We reviewed the sample HDL file to load the overall ratings however couldn't find anything to load the Questionnaire responses by managers. Please let me know if there are any reference specifically for the questionnaire responses, Thank you!
