Approver unable to see the performance document after click on hyper link in fusion hcm talent

Dear Experts: Once Approver receive the approval notification , he needs to open the performance hyper link document as shown below.

Dev: In Dev able to open the document.

Test: In Test not able to open the document.

Once click on the above performance document then the below error is coming and it is loading continuously in hours.

Please help us on this issue.
