Guided Journeys in specific section performance document Redwood

Hi all!!!

We're in Oracle HCM Cloud 26A (April 6th) and we've noticed an important UX feature from the legacy UI that we'd like to replicate in Redwood.

In the old UI, there were informational banners displayed within each goal section (like the "Rate and Comment" section) that provided contextual guidance to users. These banners contained helpful instructions such as:

• "For qualitative goals, the evaluation can be completed directly on the screen. For quantitative goals, you must open the individual goal, input the actual value, and then proceed with the evaluation using the relevant numerical measure."

 We're thinking of replicating these banners
