Guided Journey in Competencies section of Performance Document

in Performance Management

Hi everyone,

I'm working with the Visual Builder in the Performance Document and I've noticed that the option to insert a Guided Journey is available only in these sections:

  • ✅ Performance Goals
  • ✅ Development Goals

However, it does not appear in the Skills/Competency section.

Questions:

  1. Is this a design limitation of the system?
  2. Is there a specific configuration to enable it in the Skills section as well?
