Removing the timestamp from the Enroll Now message.

Our open enrollment is mandated by the state and they say that they cannot accept submissions after 5 pm on 5/15/26 so we intend to close the Open event at that time. The issue is that the message displayed in self service says 11:59 pm so employees think they have more time than they actually do. Can we set this time or hide it?
