90 day performance review derived factor setup

Summary:

We setup a 90 day Performance Review and using a 90 day Derived Factor Length of Service. I've read to use 90 to 100 or 120 as the greater than or equal to length and less than length of service. If we have the batch process scheduled to run daily that someone who has hit their 90th day will receive it on the 90th but won't receive it again but if someone was missed it will look out to 100 or 120 days. Vs just doing 90 to 90.

I was curious what is best practice or what are others doing?
