Is it possible for a manager to add a question in a questionnaire to a check-in document?

Summary:

The ability for a manager to add their own question is possible within anytime feedback or participant feedback within a performance document. Is it possible to do the same within a check-in document? We have selected the Allow Additional Questions within the questionnaire but there is no place to add questions in the Redwood page. We've also looked in VBS in case it needs to be enabled but were not able to find anything there.
