Prevent Journey Task Completion for Unsaved or Unmodified Records

Currently on Journeys, users can input data into fields and click on "Submit" without clicking on "Save" first.

The system allows tasks in Journeys to move to a "Completed" status without triggering a data save or an approval workflow for unsaved changes. There is no warning message or validation check to alert the user that their input has not been committed to the database. This as a result, leads to data loss and a misleading user experience, as the employees believe their data has been processed when it actually remains empty.
