Duplicate Eligibility Profile in Performance Eligibility page

When checking the eligibility of an employee in the Performance Eligibility profile, the Eligibility Profiles that are attached to the specific performance document are duplicated, even though the configuration in the Performance Template is correct. Please see screenshots below.

Also mentioning that we recently just added the 'MPM_MPMGESPRACH_DOC' eligibility profile a few months ago (the MPM_ALL_BFK_TFK profile is attached to the document period since creation of the performance template). Then we made both eligibility profiles required.

What could be the reason the MPM_ALL_BFK_TFK eligibility profile is duplicated?
