Electroni Signature- Docusign tasks are not visible to worker

Summary:
Electronic Signature- Docusign tasks are not visible to Pending Contingent worker, we can see the tasks in Organization Journey tab but the tasks are not visible to the Pending Contingent worker.
We are using custom roles, do we need any privileges to make the task visible
