in Performance Management

I am Uploading historical data for the perofrmance to the talent rating within the person profile i have used the below HDL

We are getting the below Error

You need to enter the {REQUIRED_ATTR} attribute for the {SECTION_NAME} section

You need to enter the PerfRatingLevelCode attribute for the Performance Rating section.
