In Benefits Under ME Tile not Showing the Your Benefits Tile ?

Summary:
Is the Benefits Under ME tile not showing the Your Benefits tile? Even though we enabled sandbox and EL expression and wrote the condition as YES, we are still unable to see the "You Benefits" tile under ME. We added your custom role, and we checked some communities that suggest adding these two privileges to employee custom roles, but we did not get any results.
