Token for Pending Worker Start Date in Journey Task Assigned for Performer Alert

Summary:

Hello,

we are using Oracle HCM Journeys in 26A and have configured an Enterprise Onboarding Journey that is assigned after Add Pending Worker.

We have a technical Journey task that triggers an HR Help Desk ticket using the alert:

Alert Code: ORA_CHK_TASK_ASSIGNED_PERFORMER
Alert Name: Task Assigned for Performer

The alert template sends an email to the HR Help Desk incoming mailbox, and the ticket creation is working.

Requirement:
We need to include the new employee’s / pending worker’s start date in the email body so that it appears in the generated HR Help Desk ticket.
