How a manager can Set Goals during Performance in Redwood?

Summary:

Hello experts,

Since the goal setting task is not supported in Redwood process flow, is there any workaround to manage this? How can we achieve the same requirement for our client after redwood implementation? We used to use the task setting goals in order for the managers to be able to assign individual goals to their direct reports.

Any help or guidance would be much appreciated.
