Slightly technical question so may not be correct forum!! Client is not clear on best procedure and I'm hoping I have asked what they are after…

Client enabling 2 way emails for inbound ORC notifications and question re setting up the mailbox exchange. They have generated same credentials for OLC and ORC at this stage to enable Microsoft (for Interviews for ORC) and learning notifications (OLC).

For ORC we have entered via Recruitment and Candidate Experience Information > Microsoft Graph Information as normal, and they are ready to setup for vanity email. The same information has been added to ORC.
