Redwood: Copying the Performance Goals

Hi,

We are facing this where when we copy the goals the start date and target completion date remain the same as the previous the review period, will have to manually change the dates as per the current review period.

This should not be happening, since the employees can add the incorrect dates.

And same is happening when we change extend the goals.

Is there any way in the goals when copied from previous review the dates should be automatically change to the current review period.

If we do not change the dates (remaining the dates as previous review period dates will those be reflected in the performance document of the current review period?)
