HDL Error: Candidate assignments using HDL (Worker.dat file).

Summary:

We are currently facing an issue while attempting to update candidate assignments using HDL (Worker.dat file).
During the HDL load process, we encounter the following error:
JBO-27014: Attribute ManagerFlag in OfferTermsDEO is required
We have included all required business objects and attributes as per Oracle documentation.
The ManagerFlag attribute has already been populated in the HDL .dat file.
Despite this, the process continues to fail with the same error.

What We Have Verified:

The ManagerFlag field is present and populated in the file.
The HDL structure aligns with the expected format based on available documentation.
All related identifiers (Assignment, OfferId, etc.) are correctly referenced.
