When internal employees apply to a position through opportunity marketplace

Few Internal employees have blank Degree, Experience, and Language in their profiles and they miss to fill in while applying to a position they click on submit and fail to fill in the details for Degree, Experience, and Language.

Is there a way to have validations when they have blank degree, Experience and language in their profile error should populate while clicking on submit button?
