Activity Summary Smart Action Deprecation in 26D for Account and Contact

Overview

As part of our continued investment in next-generation AI experiences and agentic workflows, we are making changes to how Activity Summaries are delivered within the application.

Beginning in release 26D, the existing Activity Summary Smart Action will be deprecated and removed from Contact and Account records in Redwood Sales. This change aligns with the migration of many prompt-based AI capabilities to the newer, agentic framework.

We understand that many customers may rely on this feature today to quickly review recent customer engagement activity. While this specific Smart Action experience is being retired, activity insights and summaries will continue to evolve and remain available through newer AI-driven experiences across the platform.
