Redwood - How to display custom state in Job Application Filter

Hi Experts,

In Redwood Job Application filter page, we don't see our custom states we created under the phase NEW. We have a custom state Rejected By Employer - Rejection Email Sent under the Phase NEW. Redwood only displays the delivered states under the Phase NEW. In responsive, we used to filter by custom states as well. Is there anything we are missing here or this is the expected behavior in Redwood?
