Transfer customer transactions from one customer account to another

As a business requirement, we have the need to transfer all of the open transactions from one customer account to another one. For example, in cases in which one customer acquires another customer's property and inherits its debt.

As a workaround, we have credited the transactions in one customer account and duplicated them into the new account; however, this process is very time consuming in cases in which customers have many open transactions.

Is there any process that transfers these open balances automatically to another customer account?
