Redwood - Send Message to Candidate Not Displaying Created Template
Summary:
In testing ORC Redwood, I am trying to send a message to a handful of candidates in a requisition who are at the recruiter review stage. When I select them and choose the Send Message action, the Template dropdown is not displaying my created template as an option.
In testing using RUI, I am presented with my created message template as an option.
My created template has a visibility of External and a category of Candidate Job Application Notification.
Please let me know why I cannot select my created template using ORC Redwood.
