Performance Evaluation Configuration

Can we restrict Participant Evaluation for a few employees in the same Performance Document, where the Performance Template includes Worker Evaluation, Manager Evaluation, and Participant Evaluation processes?

For example:

• All eligible employees should receive the same performance document.
• Some employees should complete only Worker Evaluation and Manager Evaluation.
• Other employees should complete Worker Evaluation, Manager Evaluation, and Participant Evaluation.

Is it possible in Oracle Fusion HCM to restrict the Participant Evaluation process for selected employees while using the same Performance Template and Performance Document?
