Guided Journey as Analytics with parameter not working in My Task tab

Dears experts,

we set a Guided Journey in a Journey Task. Guided Journey is Analytics type and path to analytic contaings parameters as below:

/shared/Custom/Human Capital Management/Career/REPORT_NAME&col1="Worker"."Person ID"&val1={PersonId}

Guided Journey is working fine if it is opened from the "organization tab" (HR access).

The same Guided Journey is not working if managers were to access same task from "My Tasks" page because application is not providing parameter value.

Is this normal?

I expect Guided Journey to work fine in all pages.
