We are not able to Select "Yes" to Manage Eligibility Batch Process are we missing a privileges?

Summary:

We would like the Mid-Year Performance Documents to be created automatically for all employees with an eligible profile, without requiring employees to create them manually via:

Me → Career and Performance → Performance Documents → Add Performance Document.

We attempted to enable this by selecting “Yes” for the Manage Eligibility Batch Process option; however, the field is currently grayed out and does not allow us to select “Yes”.

Any thoughts?
