Posting Description Template value to be defaulted

Hello,

I have only one Posting Description Template configured in the system. Is there a way to make this template selected by default automatically when creating a posting, instead of requiring the user to select it manually each time?

Since there is only one available template, I would like it to be defaulted automatically.
