Journey Questionnaire – Is It Possible to Display Text Based on Score Categories?

We have created a Journey that contains a task linked to a questionnaire. The "Check Questionnaire Score" option is enabled, allowing the questionnaire score to be calculated and displayed.
Our requirement is to display a text label based on the score achieved. For example:
- Score between 1 and 40 → Bad
- Score between 41 and 70 → Satisfactory
- Score between 71 and 100 → Good
We configured Score Categories accordingly, expecting the corresponding category label to be displayed based on the questionnaire result. However, only the numeric score is shown and the category text is not displayed anywhere.

We would like to understand:
- Is it possible to display a text value (e.g., Bad, Satisfactory, Good) together with the questionnaire score in a Journey task?
