For On Boarding Journeys, Document and Manual Task are configured, a document upload is necessary

Summary:

With On Boarding checklist, we have configured Document and Manual type as tasks which are mandatory and require a PW to upload a document before clicking 'Done' to complete the tasks.

Currently system does not provide a restriction where a document upload is mandatory before completing the task. Is there a way that this can be handled?
