Navigate from Service to Sales Contact Page

During the discussion, it became clear that the customer did not use live channels like chat. Their main need was to click the primary contact on a service request, edit the contact, and use the existing contact functions already offered in Sales. Instead of copying the same features into Service, the better solution was to let Service open the Sales Contact page directly.
