Clarification on deletion of job competencies transferred from Performance Doc to Talent Profile
Summary:
We have configured a Job Profile Competencies section with Update Profile = Yes. After the performance document is completed, competencies are correctly transferred to the employee's Talent Profile (Skills and Qualifications). However, an Administrator can still delete these competencies from My Client Groups > Talent Profiles > Skills and Qualifications.
Is this expected behavior, or should job competencies evaluated in a completed performance document be protected from deletion from the profile?
